We currently deliver all over Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times: 24 – 72 hours.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated as follows:
- Inside Chittagong : 70/- BDT
- Outside Chittagong : 120/-BDT
Shipping charges may change during special campaigns or promotions.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across most areas in Bangladesh.
- Customers must pay the full amount at the time of delivery.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. We reserve the right to confirm orders via phone before dispatch.

Once your order is shipped:
- You may receive a confirmation SMS or call.
- Tracking details will be provided if available.

If your package arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the package and product. We will review and take appropriate action.
