Every fragrance we send out is carefully checked and securely packed with love. Because perfumes are
personal and sensitive products, we follow a strict but fair refund policy to protect both our customers and
our brand.
- All perfume sales are final once opened or used. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened items.
- If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or different from what you ordered, we’ve got you covered. Submit your complaint with the unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product. After 24 hours, we will not be able to accept or process any claims.
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos or a short video of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
- To qualify for a refund or replacement, the perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was made on our side.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a few working days.
- If you receive a damaged product, a wrong item, a manufacturing defect We offer the following resolutions, Exchange within 5-7 days if stocks are available otherwise we will refund within 3-4 days(Processing time may vary depending on pickup and proper verification.)
